Oxymorphone and cocaine

First you should know I take Oxymorphone (Opana) 10mg IR's, I'm prescribed 18 per day, obviously I have a pretty well established tolerance with my PM Doctor. I've been taking them for quite a while now and yes, I do snort them, unfortunately have been snorting any opiate I can get for quite some time and since starting the opana have run out of script and went into w/d's a couple times which is pure hell, as good as opana's are the w/d's they cause make them the devil.
Anyways my real question is I had snorted about 10 or 11 pills yesterday, last 2 at around 8:30pm and about 2 hours later ended up quite unexpectedly with an 8 ball in my hand, it'd been close to 9 years since I've done coke and back then never snorted pills. I am just wondering what bad effects happen when these two drugs are combined? So I started in with the coke and have taken any opana since. My body is starting to display withdrawal symptoms, which i know all to well from the past few years, I have mild soreness and chills, nothing major yet and I have plenty left to not w/d but I don't know if it's bad to blow a few opana's to ward off w/d's but also still finish the last few lines of coke that are left.
I know the benzos help the comedown of coke and I have plenty of those but my primary concern is mixing the Oxym's with the coke at around the same time?
Any advice would help!!!

Im not an expert or a doctor. but i know when i do another drug, because im addicted to opiates i have to keep a therapeutic dose going or i don't feel great. It defeats the purpose of doing said drug...
when i say therapeutic I mean a small dose of no recrational value.This is just to keep you from feeling withdrawy so you can enjoy said drug. use the smallest dose possible. THIS IS DANGEROUS as combining any drugs are dangerous, but if done right practicing harm reduction you should be able to do a little bit of opana and desired dose of coke and feel GREAT!!! please be careful and have fun
p.s. this is just my advice from experience i have no resources or anything to back this up with.

have you ever tried oxycodone? I'M asking because I am on alot of oxy IR, and have been looking at opana for a while now as an alternative, I have built quite the tolerance to oxy, and even though i know there will be cross tolerance im interested in the ER and IR forms of opana.

Ideally I would like to keep my oxy 30's for breakthrough and get on opana 20's or 40's for extended pain relief. If you have any experience with oxy can you tell me which med works better for you. When i do use my drugs for recreational purposes I snort them. what kind of opana can you snort??? thanks any info on this will help..... there is also an opana mega thread up in other drugs right now that i will reference as well...

I am on opana 30mg Er and roxis. It's a great combo, I highly reccomend it. But if you think your tolerance is high on oxy... Watch out for opana... Tolerance only gets higher.

I have sadly become the same way, however I have managed to keep my tolerance down because my doc was Tramadol, now with the tramadol I was never able to enjoy ANY rec drugs save for a bit of weed or other opiates. Pretty much because tram can be a huge danger mixed with anything considered "good" lol, I have gone off the tram for the last month and a half and maintained only with Kratom, which holds me well and I am able to do whatever drugs I want, however my motivation, drive, and all around ability to "take care of business" has suffered from not having the tramadol. this is just a break to get tolerance out of control and have a little bit of fun, I've been enjoying lsd, mushrooms, mepehdrone, soon some 6-apb, methylone and the likes. This little fun time is about to end though as I wish to go back on the tramadol and resume my normal "responsible" routine which I find quite satisfying as a day to day life. that being said I always have the kratom in my system when taking anything else or not due to I don't want to be sick. as far as oxymorph and cocaine, this would be very close to speeball territory but I think if you keep the oxymorph dose as low as possible and wait to redose the cocaine you "might" be alright. just take enough to keep you not sick... then wait an hour or so before you jump back on the coca ship.

Mixing cocaine and oxymorphone isn't recommend unless you've got lots of experience with both drugs. Some people would call this a "speedball" (its not a true speedball, but its close).

The dangers of the speedball are well known, tread carefully.
