Swim has 4 20mg oxycontin their pink round and say "oc 20" the last opiates swim used were 3 5/500 vicoden and swim only felt more sociable for about an hour ans then had a nice sleep for a few hours. Swim took it about 4 weeks ago and that was his first time in a year since swims done anything. So all tolerance is gone, swim is wondering how much oxy he should tqke for a euphoric high swim isnt going to be driving or going anywere anytime soon. What is the best way to take it? Crush it all up and snort around 5mg then parachute the other 15? And whats the best way to parachute it. Thanks everyone. Ive been reading here alot and finally decided to make an account and post a thread.
 
I like eating half and snorting half. If I were you, I would break one pill into 4 equal lines (~5mgs each), sniff one of them, and eat the other. I never got much into parachuting, and rather just pour the powder into my mouth and swallow it with a drink. If you are not where you want to be after 30-45 minutes, then you can increase do another line (eating half, sniffing half like before), putting you up to 15mg total. You shouldn't need anymore than that, but can repeat the process with the last line if you find that you need more.
 
if the first 20 mgs you did didn't put you where you wanted to be you might want to consider upping the dose....

True story, i dont smoke pills. How much stronger is oxycontin comparaed to hyrocodone. Like mg to mg. Thanks tommy boy i think that what i'll do. Just 5mg with some juice or something and 5mg snorted and see what that does.
 
^ It's something like 30mgs hydrocodone = 20mgs oxycodone. You have to consider that the dose equivalency change is proportional, so you can't just double or half it for much higher or lower doses. So in higher doses, the difference is way more than 10mgs, and in lower doses it may be closer to say 5mg oxycodone = 7.5mg hydrocodone.
 
Hydros strong for me then oxys but ya you can once in awhile talk about rush smoke a old 80. And can you say shooting safer then smoking? No...
 
Shooting oxy just as bad as smoking um tryna say. I know neither ideal for lung health. Just saying how get real fucked up off one 20 which ain't much to people like me and most people like me here with tolerance like a horse
 
I would take one 20 mg OxyContin whole orally if I were you. 15 mg hydro = 10 mg oxy generally.
 
I only like to smoke 80s. I will smoke 40s but not anything under those. The 20s and 10s taste like shit when smoking and your hits arent as intense..
 
Opiophile365, let us know how it turned out for you, and the dosage and ROA you decided to go with. It's always good to hear how it worked out, since it can help people in that may be in the same situation in the future.

I don't get why people are recommending he takes 20mgs when the only thing he has taken in the last year was 15mgs of hydrocodone. Sure 20mg would get him high, but possibly too high, to the point that the side effects (nausea, dizzy, vomiting) may ruin the experience. I also feel that it is best to keep tolerance as low as possible, which is why there is no reason to start at 20mgs when tolerance doesn't require that.

I think im gonna snort 5mg for that initial kindve kick, then crush up 15mg and drink it down with some juice or something. I have a really strong stomach the only pill that ever made me throw up was nucynta its some kindve pain pill but it sucks

I think if you used a micron filter than yes shooting oxy is safer than smoking. Smoking this shit is just dumb, at least with the needle you can make the excuse of slightly higher absorption and maybey even claim that it's more economical, though that would be a stretch. If you havnt shot heroin,oxymorphone or dilaudid, than you don't really know what a rush is if your only iv experience with opioids is oxycodone. If shooting this stuff doesn't provide a big rush than how the hell could smoking it?? So many people seem to bring up vaporizing oxy, I just don't get it. There are probably people smoking 80mg of OxyContin to get straight, that could get high and straight off of parachuting 40mg. I'm not trying to be a holy roller here, I always shot oxy, the few times I got them, but it's just remarkably moronic to smoke these things

I've gotten high off of less. 15mgs of oxycodone, even with a 20mg hydrocodone habit, had me high. If you think that everybody starts off with 20mgs of oxycodone to get high, then you are mistaken. I know tons of people that were able to get very high off of 10mg.
