OxyContin Second Time use no tolerance

I find it hard to believe that your doctor gave you "a few" oxycontin OPs because you have a little pain..these are made for chronic pain and specifically say not foe short term pain..besides no doc in his right mind would give someone with no tolerance a starting dose of 40mgs. That being said the 40mgs is spread out over 8 to 12 hours.
 
Is it normal to feel very sick with oxycodone. I have tried it two times now. 10mg and 5mg (Oxynorm) both times i felt ill and have to lay down and nearly puking feeling very sick and not high. Tolerance is zero, never done an opiate.
Am i just a person who cant handle opiates ?

I have took an 40 mg one for the first time 0 tolerance and I was sweatin like crazy when it was first kicking in I felt a nice buzz but alone was weak I drank some new amsterdamn and smoked and it was the best high I ever felt, but I felt sick after that most deffinitely! Alone it didn't make me feel sick at all.

surprises me u feel sick on just 5 mg,
but 10mg can make me feel a little nauseated around the 90~120mins mark,
that's generally when i feel like i have to stop using my computer and lay down and start nodding :)
 
^^not really, I've been taking IRs regularly for a few months (and occasionally for years), and I still feel 5mg (I'm careful about my tolerance/use).

First time 10-20mg is fine, even of OP OxyContin. 3 10s had me nodding. I think they're almost as strong as IR orally, it just takes longer to hit and is more drawn out so it's less intensely euphoric.

How would an op 40 make you feel? Do U personally feel euphoric from it?

The guy that I was buying perc 5's from would feel sick from just one yet he could take 7.5mg hydrocodone and be fine. I've gotten a little nauseous a few times off hydros but oxy has never once caused me any stomach discomfort.

A buddy of mine who wasn't new to opioids but didn't have much of a tolerance popped an OP 40 once and it had him quite high but it also had him throwing up a few times.

a 40 mg oxy with no tolerance has me like a few beers would have me feel but for hours and a nice relaxing tired feeling at the end, 80 mg would have you a "high" but tolerance builds up so fast.
 
I gave my friend 30 mg IR with no tolerance his first go. He drank a lot too and was fine (I drank a lot too that's why I gave him such a high dose), it was only when he got to 60 mg did the chain puking start for him (well he kept asking for mo and I was wasted) he even carried on puking the next day! But yeah OP's *vomits* I'm assuming those go all goey and gelly. I'd take half (but depends on ur size) over 6 foot chilled. Small and skinny take 5 or 10 mgs.
 
Yes but please note for harm reduction sake..it is not safe to take opiates/opioids like oxycodone and drink alcohol...many people hace ODed and died from this combination, especially if you are opiate naive.
 
I'm calling bullshit. No Doctor handed you 40 MG oxycodone pills for a small pain. You must think we fell out of a canoe. A paramedic would not even administer this dose or anything like it for a broken leg in a non-tolerant patient.

Keep abusing these and you're playing with fire. Drinking alcohol with them, doubly so.

As to all the posts saying half the pill, if they are extended release, the pill should not be halved, not at these dosages for someone with zero tolerance. Nor is such a route the prescribed way to take this medicine for pain, not that I believe your half-baked story.

People like you make it far harder for legit pain patients to be taken seriously. I fucking hope you never have to suffer the sheer misery of real chronic pain.

Don't underestimate the power of this drug. It has helped put plenty more seasoned and experienced users in a coffin.

I still feel bad about that. But it was nye. I told him a million times this shit will kill u if u mix all 3. but some ppl have no self control reckon all those vomits tought him a lesson.

If we were talking about equal mg amounts then I would agree but 5mg oxy and 7.5mg hydro is pretty much the same. He doesn't get ANY stomach discomfort from the hydrocodone only the oxy.
