Hey guys,
Just wondering if leaving the oxycontin OP overnight in an energy drink or some other slightly acidic thing will allow one to drink it orally and defeat the controlled release effect of the new tablets

There is much cotroversy over this. Some say it works some say it doesn't. I think it kinda works. I don't think it fully defeats it though. Purdue did a really good job with the anti abuse mechanism on the OP's. The problem is the oxy is coated in that jelly shit on a molecular level. So far most people say coke/Pepsi work the best and I think it does too. Iv come to accept the fact that oxycontin sucks now. Better off with Roxi or even hydrocodone.

Best way is to suck on it and chew it up. I've tried it all, and that's the best thing you can do.
