Opioids Oxycontin OC comming back?

Hi all,

As you can see This is my first post. Hooray!

In this thread as many of opioid users specifically oxycodone and oxycontin would know that there was a change in the formuation within the time release of all Oxycontin tablets as or April 1st this year. However the pharmacy's could still sell the old version until out of stock.

I got a rx for oxycontin and I was surprised to get the old version of Oxycontin the one you can eat shoot snort crush ans beat the time release.

Has any one else been able to get these since they are discontinued until the pharmacy sells them all out?

Weird though since its been six months. I dont think any pharmacy would have 6 month supply of Oxycontin?

Or has the producer gone back to manufacturing the old type??
 
You're in oz, hard to tell from here. I got the last of the OC supply in Boise, ID, USA in Sept. 2010 after a gun shot wound, I was being prescribed 680-mg/day (due to bupe tolerance when I was shot). I went to every pharmacy in the area each time I got a new script (was on them for five months @ 680-mg) and asked for the last of their OC stock. I cleaned out most of the area pharmacies, until I could no longer get an entire 'script of OCs, they wouldn't sell me half and half, so somebody else got the very last ones in Idaho... I literally watched as my 'script bottle changed to being filled with OPs, and that "P" - is for "pissed off".

You either got lucky or someone else here will be able to confirm that OCs are still around down there. Doubt it, but would love to be wrong.

Here In Canada they went off the market in march 2012 and got changed to Oxy Neo but i knew people who we're still getting the OC for about a year or so after they were supposedly taken off the market. But then once the supply ran out then everyone was switched to the ON gel tablets which really sucked it turned everyone to heroin. I don't know how it works in the states but it seems it took a lot longer for the OC to be banned if it was only done in march of this year. I guess you got some leftover ones it'll only be a matter of time before they are gone.

I was reading there were supposed to be generic oc coming out in canada but i dont think it happened.I figure if they had come out we would have heard.
 
I heard that too but have yet to see any proof of this it all seems to be rumours.
