I've heard oxycontin is quite similar to heroin. does this mean that if i try it there is a good chance of being hooked the same way one might become hooked to heroin? i've taken oxycodone (percocet) several times but never oxycontin.

The potential for addiction is much like heroin. It doesn't at all mean you will try it and get addicted, some people have much better self control than others. It isn't cut like heroin either so some people prefer it to heroin. You have to know your self, just know it is a slippery slope.

the addiction potential is no different than any other opiate/oid. if you're gonna like it, you're gonna like it.

oxycontin is the slow release tablets which can be easily manipulated into an instant release powder.

but please use the search engine for some topic on both drugs around the place here, this isn't the kind of question suited to our forum.
