I've got a "friend" who's looking to get pretty twisted off of OxyContin and Xanax, "he" has 40 MG OP OxyContin and 2 MG xanax bars and 1 mg blue footballs, how many mg of both would it take to get pretty high off of?

Posting about how to "get as high as possible" is against the rules. As this is a harm reduction site. But anyways xanax and oxy are both cns depressents potent ones at that. Very easy to od on if you are naive to benzos and opiates. If you are firm on doing this do 15mg at most of oxy and no more than 2mg of alprazolam (xanax)

i know this, that if you mix xanax and herion you mine as well say goodbye to your loved ones ive seen two people die and many people overdose form this mixture..

Use one at a time, especially if you aren't experienced with either drug. Oxy can be nice on it's own. Adding Xanax can make you much more likely to pass out and possibly not wake up. In addition, Xanax can erase your memory completely and cause you to do some VERY stupid thing that you would never do if you were thinking right.

A common scenario is taking a few xanax than waking up in the morning to find that you had taken more drugs and it's a waste because you don't even remember. I don't know how many times I was convinced that I'd lost some pills only to hear from a friend that I'd taken all of them. Or spent money that I don't remember spending.

Mixing Xanax and oxy can turn a relatively safe oxy dose into a fatal one. And you might get into the barred idiot mode, and take too much (forgetting that you just dosed and taking more)

I'm glad I survived my stupid heavy drug use years. My younger brother wasn't so lucky and died from heroin & alcohol overdose. Be careful with opiates it's a dangerous road. It starts off fun and is awesome. Then before you know its happening you can't function without and need more ...

Since you have no experience with either, 20 mg oxy is plenty or 1 mg Xanax. Remember you can always take more, but never less. As others have said they are both CNS depressants so it's dangerous to mix the two.

By you telling me this I thank you and will never I do it, I have done the same thing take a couple bars I think I only take 2 but then hear I baught 2 more and t

Took more and woke up the next morning looking for the money I baught them with or the pills I baught not knowing what I did then to find out at school the next day I baught 2 pills and took them lol, is oxy real this bad? Everyone says it is? I know it's bad but this bad?

Life just seemed better when I was on opiates. Then soon it was expensive and, well, heroin does pretty much the same thing and costs less. That soon became "ok I'll try shooting it once." Then it was a matter of getting more bang for my buck by IVing. The whole time I had a habit I held down a job and despite spending lots on opiates my brother and I paid our bills on time and weren't the typical junkie stereotype you might imagine. We thought we were doing OK.

Then one night my brother got some dope and did it in the bathroom after drinking a couple beers and he passed out and suffocated (he was RX'd Xanax as well but didn't abuse it.) And even after I found him I still didn't want to stop using. Only after my doc gave me methadone (supposedly for pain, but he knew what was up and he was really trying to help me) I was able to distance myself from the whole opiate scene.

I think most everyone who has ever been addicted to anything thought that it wouldn't happen to them. You can enjoy an oxy now and then, but if you find yourself using often or spending money that you really shouldn't be spending... it's time for a break!

The oxy won't turn you into a mindless jackass who doesn't remember what happened 10 minutes ago like Xanax can. It just feels nice. I would really just feel like getting things done around the house and stuff on a good dose. It's quite easy to function on a moderate dose of opiates and just be in a really good mood. But beware the dark side!

I can't believe how people are still talking about mixing these, after the last decade? Why don't humans learn? GABA and Dopamine Do Not MIX! GABA slows you down. Dopamine gives you well being. I don't not understand why people want to slow themselves down with GABA.

On the other thread you posted I thought you said your doctor "gave them to you for pain" (which obviously was not true) and that you had absolutely no intentions of using them to get high..only for your "pain"...
