Opioids oxycontin advice

My best Mate got his hands on 56 oxycontin pills today:):D8o8( (legally with prescription). Their small light brown in colour pills with OC on one side and 30 on the other.
Hes not a complete novis to the opiates and knows the dangers and risks that come with them.
He has been taking 250mg tramadol a night to help relax and sleep for months so has quite a tollarance.
The advice he is after is, How to take them to achieve the best possible euphoric feeling for as long as possible eg. smoking, snorting, plugging ect. (No IVing)

Could you explain how to smoke them aswell if thats actually possible

Don't smoke them.

Snort or plug a single pill and assess your response for at least a half hour before redosing. Alternatively due to oxycodone's high oral BA you could crush and parachute 30mg. This would result in the longest and arguably most effective high. If you are seeking a 'rush' use the intranasal or intrarectal ROA.

i would honestly just take them orally. oxycodone has a very high BA orally (bioavailability) so there's really no reason to do it any other way, especially your first time when you're new to the drug.
 
Smoking weed will increase the effects as well. Tell him, NO BENZO's or ALCOHOL while on PK's. He should also stick to one opiate IMO. I've been down the road of playing with multiples and that is a quick road to addiction.

I take my 30's via oral and puff weed over the course of a night. It's get's very euphoric and noddy; I love it.

Take them orally. It has over 90% BA that way. Don't smoke pills.. that is idiotic.

As far as dose goes, to be on the safe side, start with half a pill, or 15mg's, and take another half in 30-40 minutes if needed. If your friend already has an opiate tolerance, then he can probably start out with a full 30.
 
10MG is enough for someone with no tolerance.
I did 10mg +5mg 6 hours after.. and that 5mg made it really intense.
Im' using the XtendedRelease version of oxys though.

Also, smoking on opiates can make both the opiate and the weed seem more powerful.
So if u got good weed, start with a few small puffs of a joint and wait 10mins to see how it hits you.
Some people with no tolerance find a normal amount weed on opiates too intense.

I really didnt like the oxy,
it was only until i smoked some weed that i started feeling happy.
It's like the opiates rob me of my emotions (even morethan i have sober)...

Weed is myfavorite medicine atm :)
 
Today he has sniffed 2 x 30mg pills one hour apart, he seemed to have a warm feeling throughout his body and got very noddy for a while but no euphoric feeling what so ever.:(
He understands what the euphoric feeling feels like as 2 x codine pills used to get him high for 3 or 4 hours.
Hes wondering if hes not getting the euphoric feeling anymore because of the high tolerance to Tramadol 50s??

A high tolerance to one opiate will translate to a high tolerance for another opiate, yes. That, and I only hit that feeling of immaculate bliss after snorting about 50mg straight up. Otherwise I just feel really good.
 
Euphoria isn't a guaranteed thing on opioids, especially if you're just sitting around nodding out. Having used tramadol regularly doesn't help either.

If you find that you get physical effects but not any euphoria, try going and doing something. Play a game or read a book or watch a movie or something.

Also, taking oxycodone orally is probably more effective than snorting it, 'cause not all of the drug is absorbed when you sniff a pill.
 
crush up and swallow your desired dose, 'down the hatch! Oxycodone has a great oral bioavailability, and will give you the long duration of the high, and in my opinion best high.

Try drinking a large tonic water & 100% white grapefruit juice cocktail before hand about 45 minuets before your dose. This works adds to the high :)
 
I would take half a pill orally and then snort the other half like 20 mins later, 30mg is a decent amount for someone with no tolerance so maybe only do 15mg total at first. Too much and you'll feel naucious.

Be careful with oxy it's a pretty fucking addictive drug.
 
@pillhead, im going to try what you said with the tonic water and the grapefruit juice. Do you find you get a better high on an empty stomach too?
For some weird reason i used to get double the euphoric feeling if i eat stew just after i took the opiates. This may be down to the fats and the waters, im not sure?
 
It's probably because, in general, people feel good after a meal (natural endorphins and all that) and the effect of the oxy is just adding to that :)

Oxycodone is absorbed slightly faster on an empty stomach.
 
I think fats may increase the absorption of quite a few different opiates, so yes that could of been a factor.
