(Oxycontin/60 mg)+ (Alcohol) Experienced: Not good for parties

Haha, I went to a party on oxycodone once. Snorted 40mg at once with no tolerance, nodded off repeatedly on the bus ride over, and was generally annoyed by all the sloppy drunk people. I find that oxy tends to induce more "selfish" euphoria compared to other opiates, where the smallest things annoy you a lot more than they should.

I couldn't agree more with you. i use to be a real big party GOer and drink alot. know when i go hang around all those old friends its just annoying. and being on so much oxy deff. brings out the irritability in me.i think its just cuz u r expecting a real nice high, and when youre around people drinking and being stupid it makes it hard to relax and enjoy the coziness of the drug....

^Morphine dose that to me. No other opiate does for some reason. It's usually just the opposite. Nothing bothers me. You could stab me with a knife and I'd hug you, lol.

From what I gather you don't seem to have much of a tolerance. Are you aware that alcohol is very similar to benzos? Benzos+opiates is the killer combo. Just don't decide to repeat the experience alone. This time if something would have to happen you'd get a shot of narcan, alone you could end up six feet under. Just saying. This is coming from someone very experienced with these substances.

Alcohol is a shitty drug anyways. Best to be avoided IMO. Legalize all drugs and make alcohol and tobacco illegal.

Thats weird i can notice a huge diff in hydro and oxy oxy has a rush to ME hydro does not and whats up with all the new opiate users mixing booze>?? i hated to drink while on dope not to mention i only have time to take a sip before i sink in a sea of codeine.

yeah i hate drinking on my oxy or any other opiate as well dude...i use to be a big drinker before i started using opiates. but i hate the way the 2 make me feel together. sometimes i miss drinking, but not the hangovers. the ,main reason i dont drink and y none of you should as well(unless ure using small amts of opiates) is that its very dangerous, and does considerable damage to your body(liver,heart,etc) on a long term scale.

the first time i ever drank when i was on opiates, we were heading to a hip hop show dwn twn.
i drank a 2 beers before we left right after i did a couple 40 m.g oxys. as soon as i stepped out of the car i yacked so hard it went projectile..exorcist style. never drank again after that

Someone with my taste in opioids I would choose hydrocodone over oxycodone any day of the week. Oxy is great for concerts as it never gives me that many nods until later in the experience.

yeah but you cant get hydrocodone without apap or can you? yeah i use to love hydrocodone but my tolerance is 2 high now. I can take 10 of the 10mg hrydo/apap and hardly feel anything. i wish they had like a roxicodone version of hydro and it was readily avaliable.

Dude oxy is the best party drug. We used to have huge oxy parties where everyone would throw down $100 like 20 people . This would allow us to buy the OC 80s in bulk and everyone would end up with like 4 pills. We'd light a huge fire crank the tunes and drink all nite . It was the best times of my life we'd also eat a lotta shrooms tho. Shrooms and oxy is the best euphoria I've ever felt.

^this is true, I used to know whenever my roommate had done oxy the night before because I'd hear him puking in the bathroom at 7-8AM, every time without fail. He drank excessively with it every time.

Personally, I never had a good time combining oxy with more than a few drinks (like one or two an hour)

In my experience this is not the case. I have a somewhat high tolerance to alcohol but I love having a couple beers on Oxy. Just my 2 cents.

Everyone is different in this matter. When I have even one beer on an opiate it makes me feel sick and it takes away from the purephoria that is an opiate.
