I was wondering if Oxycodone HCL and Imm Rel are the same thing. I have found that all Oxycodone is HCL but does the Imm Rel make it show up different on a drug test?

Imm Rel stands for "immediate release" and just speaks to the mechanism by which the oxycodone is released in your body. There are certain formulations that release it slowly, but either way they're releasing the same thing.

As far as drug testing is concerned, we don't allow questions related to drug testing.
