Oxycodone to Codeine

I have searched for equivalancy charts, but I am getting some conflicting information.

I usually dose 60mg Oxycone. I am currently out, and need to get by until Monday. I can get 30 Tylenol 1's over the counter. Each contains 8mg codeine (as well as caffeine and APAP). If I CWE the entire bottle, that'd be 240mg of codeine. As someone who takes 60mg oxycodone daily, will I even feel 240mg codeine?
 
Not at all...may be enough to curve withdrawals I'm not sure about that...but to get effed up off of, not a chance.
 
Depends on your liver enzymes. Some people metabolize more than their fair share of codeine into morphine. On average codeine:morphine:oxycodone is 8:2:1 but some people are closer to 6:2:1.

Then there is incomplete cross tolerance as well. If you can get a 200 pack of generics or multiple 30s of T1s you could try several hundred milligrams and probably feel something.
 
Thanks for the replies. One other kinda unrelated question:

I only had 40mg oxy left, and so wanted to potentiate it with diphenhydramine. Thing is, I forgot the diphenhydramine I have are 50mg pills. Thought 25. So I ended up taking 200mg of diphenhydramine with 40mg of oxycodone. I feel pretty messed up right now, but I am hoping this is the peak. I don't want nor need a diphenhydramine "high".

To put it bluntly, do you think there is any real risk of having to go to the hospital from on OD with 40mg oxy and 200mg diphenhydramine? I habe a pretty good oxy tolerance. Usually I'll do 60-80 in one dose.
 
No you are fine...the only thing the diphenhydramine will do is make you feel a little unpleasant...although some people enjoy high doses of that stuff. Personally i hate it, delirium or anything remotely close to it is not fun.
 
I have to say, right now I am higher than I have ever been from oxy alone. It's kinda hard to talk, and I am lightheaded and a bit dizzy, and I am getting very mild visuals. Acid like: seeing patterns and shifting light and the like.
