Opioids Oxycodone remade to be less potent?

I have never encountered fake Oxycodone pills before, but I recently acquired what looked like real pills. They looked real, the color, the size, the powder and the taste were correct. Nevertheless, they were not nearly as potent as every other Oxycodone pill I have taken. I had to take twice as much for the same effect. Well I thought it was just a fluke, that maybe my tolerance was increasing, but I bought from the same individual again weeks later and the exact same thing happened; I needed twice as much. My thinking is that the original pills were crushed, then mixed with a filler, and then re-pressed. Has anyone ever experienced something similar?
 
Its a rare occurrence. Its not really an efficient way to make a whole lot more money. What doses are we talking here? Can I have more details on exactly which pill we are talking, and if its ER or IR? More info is greatly appreciated.
 
I don't take ever much at a time because I just fall asleep otherwise. 1-2 mg IR M30's

Which kind of oxycodone are you talking about? roxicodone? percocet?

I know this is a SMALL chance but a lot of people can confuse the Mallinckrodt brand 15mg roxicodone with Mallinckrodt 15mg MSIR.
