Oxycodone Question!

I have a few N P 14 (20 Mgs of oxycodone) my question is are these time released because I am use to blues , and if so how would I bypass the time release to make them instant release so I can crush them up and insuffulate them?
 
I'm not sure if it's IR or ER, but try to crush it up and see what happens. If it crushes up easily then put a little in your mouth and see if it gels up. If not then you should be able to sniff it without much problem. Keep in mind that oxycodone has a very high oral bioavailability, so most people recommend taking it orally over intranasally since the BA from the former ROA is higher than the latter ROA.
 
I agree with previous response. If it looks different it is different. The FDA want pharm. companies to phase in more pills that are tamper resistant. It's seem to be off limits but it's only a matter of time before everything we take will be harder to alter. We should be able to control which route we take medicine and since we can't , there is an urgent need to stay one step ahead of the competition.
