Haven't done any opis at all for like 5 - 6 months and I'm wondering what a good dose would be considering I use to snort 60mg and eat 30mg? Btw these pills contain paracetamol so snorting is off the table. I dont want to over do it and be nauseous and waste it but I don't want to not take enough and be shitty. We all know this is a scarce substance not to be wasted. Any dosage suggestions would be appreciated I'm thinking 40mg?

Start low.......your tolerance isn't the same as 6 months ago so I would say start with 20mgs.
This is pretty much right. I always suggest a completely opiate-naïve individual starts with 10 mg, if they want a 'good' opiate experience - strong, but not overpowering. I don't know, really - 6 months is a lot of time w/ respect to opiate tolerance. I would not go with 40 mg; that is too much, I'd highly suspect. Remember, oral bioavailability is better than when intranasal, so you used to get more of the oxycodone when you took it orally, anyhow. I would probably suggest 15 mg to 20 mg, if I had to put my own number on it. That should nicely bring forth that opiate glow.
Good idea not to snort apap that stuff wreak havoc on the sinuses and popping them gives you a better buzz anyways.
The posters above are correct take 10ngs then work your way up remember you can always add more to your dose if its not enough but you can't take take back anything you've already taken if its too much.
