Oxycodone dosage when IVing

I've recently started dabbling in IVing, but have yet to attempt it with oxy. I picked some up earlier tonight though, so I'm going to take a crack at it tomorrow after I can get some fresh needles.

My only question is, how far down do I need to adjust the dose? I've been reading around but can't find a firm answer. I know the gap from oral dose to IV dose isn't nearly as big as it is with drugs like morphine or hydromorphone, and I remember reading that oral oxy has a bioavailability of 85% or so, so should I just drop my dose by 20%?

Anyone who's experienced with IV oxy able to chime in?

I would use oxycodone at a 20mg dosage for oral use, or more, and I would IV about 15mg - but I do not care for this drug and I do not condone IVing oxycodone without a micron filter.

Oxycodone would probably be more effective used orally - it won't last as long IV'd (2 hours tops), and since it has a high oral BA, it makes sense not to IV it.
