Opioids Oxycodone- dosage/ time help!

Hey I did 40mg Oxycodone at 4.20pm. I plan on doing another 40mg at around 9/9.30pm. Is that okay? I have little to no tolerance.

Im worried because I heard 80mg is a lethal dose. But I have left a couple of hours in between my dosage.

I did a tiny bump of mxe on my last dose which potentiated it a bit. I wont be doing this on my next dose.

I do not know you...but I'm concerned for your safety...seriously...especially if this Oxycodone your're taking is extended release...I'm on oxycontin myself...and I know from my experience that sometimes you do not realize how this drug is building up in your system throughout the day...If you do not have any tolerance to opiates...40mg ER should be plenty...for pain...and also for a fairly decent high...IMO you should save this other 40mg for another day...
I must add this...if you are not addicted to Oxycodone....STOP NOW... this drug is PURE EVIL....And I say this from personal experience...I have pain...all day every day...but if I had a choice...I would have taken no more than ibuprofen!! Once you become addicted...it is a VICIOUS..NEVER ENDING CYCLE!! And Oxy is at the top of the list..mine at least...of things that are a real B#TCH TO COME OFF OF!!

We can't tell you what is safe for you. 80mg may be a lethal dose for a naive user who weighs 120 lbs, but for a regular user it may be just enough.

The half life of oxycodone is about 3 hours. It's best to wait about 4-6 hours to redose otherwise you risk getting too high.
 
I would not do it. For starters you already took a very high dose for someone that it new to opiates. The second reason is that re-dosing opiates doesn't work that well, particularly with oxycodone. It just made me feel more tired, and didn't add to the euphoria at all.

Risk > Reward = Don't do it
 
You've always been one to take the pills first and put your life in God's hands later... Horrible idea for anyone who considers themselves to not be tolerant to high doses of potent narcotics.
