My time is currently 5:17 am. Yesterday I took 100 mg of hydrocodone at 12:20 pm. I did not take anything else until 8:12 pm, where I crushed and parachuted 80mg of oxycodone, the old Oxycontin formulation. At 8:41 I took 50 mg more of hydrocodone, and another 50 at 10:55. I laid my head to rest at 1:15 am and have not been able to fully achieve sleep though extremely exhausted.

I've had this combination many times before at lower and higher doses with no issues sleeping with the pills spread at about the same time intervals. Normal day eating and drinking and exercising.

And yes, of course, a cold water extraction was preformed as well as the proper supplements taken for liver support and protection. And I am also well aware of high doses taken. Natural opioid tolerance.

Does anyone have thoughts as to the reason I simply can not fall asleep?

I've always found opiates to make it harder to sleep. I don't mind tho because when I do end up falling asleep it's always the best sleep ever.
