Oxycodone and Atenolol

Is it safe to take these two together? I take 25mgs of atenolol. I have a 20mg of oxy and I'm using it for the first time. Should I split it in half ?

it's absolutely fine. i was on the combination, prescribed, for PM and hypertension for a good while until switching to morphine.

I'd take 10mgs to start. If you aren't where you'd like to be take the other half.
