Oxycodone & alprazolam dosin question.

I've taken 6 mg of alprazolam within 6 hrs. I have a high tolerance to.it. Upwards of 20 mgs.

Just scored some oxy 7.5/325.

How many should I start with to nod? I have a moderate tolerance to opies but with the alprazolam wanna b safe. I use to do 120 mgs b4 my 2 yr break n only been doin 15-25 mg hydrocodone.

What would b a good starting dose? I kinda like breathing lol.

Thanks! I did 1 & 1/2, waited an hr n took other half. 2 hrs later redosed bc I felt hardly anything. Now I'm feelin pretty good but unfortunately no nods

yeah, definitely start low. its very well advised to at least halve the dose of xanax you usually take when combining the two classes of drug. they can lead to rezpirstory depression and ultimately an overdose id cimbined in too high doses. not meaning to scare you.

it would be even safer to take 1/3 your usual dose of xanax with the minimal dose of opioid to feel alright. the synergism between them will give a nice combined high. dosing low as needed saves drugs, delays toerance, saves money and LIVES!

be safe as possible when poly abusing two highly addictive and potent narcotics

I've been very cautious bout mixin the benzos n opiates. I like breathing lol.

I read up about it a lot on various med sites n do not want respiratory depression! Plus I've been havin a sitter to make sure I stay safe n take my drugs after I dose so I don't do the famous forgot I took benzos n eat more lol.

I'd take at least 37.5mg. of oxycodone if you're trying to nod. Just being straight up. Your benzo tolerance should keep you breathing even on such a high dose of alprazolam.

i'd be too paranoid to nod on a benzo mix. If i start nodding out while on benzos then it's stim time. What's safe for some won't be safe for others, what's safe at one time may not be at another time either, incredibly risky mixing the two in high doses. Too many people die from this on BL and in the world.

I've been keepin the benzos low n moderate on opies. I'm too anxiety stricken to risk a permanent nod...

I just need to point out that this is simply not correct. For the mix of the two to approach being safe you need to be highly tolerant to both benzos and opiates. Just being tolerant to one and dosing with ill regard will leave you in line for potentially fatal respiratory depression.

Even if you are highly tolerant to both, still decrease doses as stated above, and proceed with caution.
