Oxycodone 60 mgs, twice a week...addiction?

If you take 60 mgs of Oxycodone twice a week will you get addicted?

Of course I do know the risk of twice becoming 3 times, etc...but if you are super strict about only taking it twice a week, is addiction inevitable?
