Oxycodone 5mg

I have some oxycodone 5mg, manufactured by kvk I think it is. Is it possible to crush and put it under the tongue for better absorption?
 
Oxycodone is active in it's own right but about ≈10% of any oral dose undergoes first-pass (O-demethylation) metabolism by the liver, the metabolite being oxymorphone with is an order of magnitude more potent.

Like codeine (and to some extent like dihydrocodeine and hydrocodone), some people are poor metabolizers so less O-demethylation takes place. If codeine does zero for you, that's a pretty good sign that you are a poor metabolizer.
 
You could crush it and mix it with water and boof it. But I would just take by mouth. 5mg isn’t strong at all. Be careful if it’s mixed with acetaminophen. You don’t want to take more than 4,000mg/4g a day.

Yeah there’s no acetaminophen in it. I would usually do 10mg and did 15mg this morning and not a damn thing.

How big are they? Are they the big round ones scored down the middle? Or are they small?

If they’re the small ones, you can crush and snort. But I wouldn’t recommend snorting the big white ones. Way too big.

They’re the ones that have k18 on them and split down the middle.
 
I have always, always felt fhis way..two 5mg will not feel as good as one 10mg pill, two 10mg pills will not be AS good as a 20mg pill, and 3 10mg pills never feel as good as a 30mg(all IR)...also the off brand stuff that are way larger and white, the hydrochloride formulas? (more chalk/filler) - they suck ass compared to the others imo as well.

This is my personal experience and opinion on oxycodone pain killers..maybe still depersonalize the pain but something lacking in the euphoria area.

Could just be placebo though.

10mg Orally will be a nice starting point if you've never taken them before.

Since they’re small, you could theoretically snort them. But I guess that depends on how many you’re planning to consume. For me, I would just eat them. I would need 12 or more to feel it cause of my tolerance. But if you only need 2 or 3 to get you right, sniffy sniffy friend.
 
I'm used to taking 400mg of dihydrocodeine at one time (long term user), but I've also got prolonged release oxycodone 10mg and 15mg. I'm not a fan of prolonged release stuff. Would it be safe to take a 10 or 15mg crushed up going on my current dose of dihydrocodeine? I obviously don't mean at the same time, I mean instead of.

Yeah you can crush the oxy and take it alongside the dihydrocodeine, just be careful and treat the oxy as morphine.

I’m new to this, what do you mean to treat the oxy as morphine?

You got any experience with tramadol? I’ve got a bunch of those as well and looking to save some of my dihydrocodeine until my next batch. They okay with dihydrocodeine?
 
I would save the codeine for last..Tramadol can be a long sickly feeling. But if you are taking them in relatively low dose and not full time then, hey on a real bad day try one of each instead of two or whatever.

Just saying Tramadol has snri effects and can get you going and get things finished at work or around the house..but the withdrawal is something else so take them sparingly
