ive taken 2 oxycodone 500mgs at once and i was fine.i would like to know how i know what my tolerance is so that i dont take too many and overdose.i dont buy the oxycodones,my dad is prescribed them so i take them whenever he leaves his car open,? im newly addicted to these,i thought id try one and then discovered that i loved them,my friends have told me that oxy is addicting but i didnt believe it was this addicting.im just happy i get my shit for free.so please tell me how i can find out my tolerance for these so i dont OD?
 
i dont snort them,i cant swallow pills so i crush them and mix them with a drink which is why i take 2 at a time.it stil effects me really good.

The 500 refers to the amount of acetaminophen or tylenol in the pill. Beyond 4 pills you'll need to to do a cold water extraction because the amount of acetaminophen becomes dangerous (it kills your liver.)

Find out the *actual* oxycodone dosage as we can help from there. It should be something like 5/500, 7.5/500 or 10/500 with the 5, 7.5, or 10 referring to the mg dose of oxycodone in each pill.
 
I'm assuming you are speaking of percocets? You are most likely taking a dose of 10-20 mg of pure oxycodone in these 5-10 mg/500 mg apap (tylenol) pills. You need to be careful of how much acetaminophen you take in a 24 hr. period because anything around 4 grams daily can cause extensive damage to your liver. The half life of oxycodone is around 3-4 hours so your tolerance will be increasing somewhat unless you are only taking them on anything but a weekly basis.
 
idk on thebottle my dad has it only says 500 theres no 5 before it or anything.i guess ill just too be carefull and take 2 at a time the most.i mean ive taken three before and been fine,but i didnt mix it with anything.im drinking tonight though
 
Yea man, NEVER take these the day of or day after drinking alcohol. The acetaminophen and alcohol interact and damage the liver.

And it has to say the oxycodone amount on the bottle. Next time you can look at it, write down exactly what it says and post it back here.
 
im a girl lmao.and my liver is dead probably anyways im 18 and ive been drinking/smoking since i was 12 so i prob dont have much of a liver left.
 
ok i just went out and checked and it said 7.5 i must have not seen it before cuz i was rushing so i wouldnt get caught. so i take 2-3 7.5/500
 
Actually the liver is the second largest organ in the body. Hypothetically a new liver is regenerated every 7 years and it has the strength to fully regenerate itself as long as it isn't damaged throughout around two thirds of it. Exercising any caution you can will help you to prevent the liver problems which you could potentially face in your latter years.
 
Yes you can take 2-3. Just be carefully to not consume more than 4 grams of acetaminophen on a daily basis, especially with alcohol. Believe me your liver will thank you.
 
oh wow,and yeah 7.5/500 so what do u guys think would be my tolerance im like 5'1 and 125-130pounds...with 2-3 if i went over that amount id OD?
 
Tolerance can be factored by an indeterminable amount of things. I'd say from hearing your history you don't currently have a large tolerance to opiates and you should keep it that way. You're currently taking around 15-20 mg to get euphoria, while some people have to take anywhere from 50-200 mg based off addiction problems.
 
ohh yeah i love that feeling.have u ever drank everclear? if u have mix some codeine into it nothing but the everclear and codeine,it makes u feel great.i drank it and went to see nightmare on elm street.talk about trippin.
 
I have no advice about the oxy, I just wanted to tell you to stop stealing pain medication from your dad. That's not very cool at all. And don't mix everclear with any opiates, that's just asking for severe respiratory depression.
 
i didn mix the everclear with the pills i mixed it with codeine the liquid form..and he doesnt even need them his doctor just gives it to him and he doesnt take them ever.
 
Codeine is virtually the same type of drug(an opiate) as oxycodone and poses similar threats with alcohol.
 
K, well keep stealing those then. And codeine is an opiate as well, and it's definitely not the safest combo, but whatever, keep on trucking.
