Oxycodone 20mg Valium 17.5mg Phenobarbital 100mg codeine 50mg OD?

So in a very recent dream I ended up taking
Oxycodone 20mg+
Diazepam 17.5mg+
Phenobarbital 100mg+
Codeine 50mg+
Paracetamol 300mg+
Naproxen 250mg+
Caffeine 150mg
In a (x4 tablets) of a foreign medication called Pentalgin (---)

It's been a few hours after that dream and
I'm wondering if I'm going to OD...

My stomach is in medium Sharp pain and my breathing is really shallow.

(Call me an idiot later)

Anyway, is there something I should do? I'm planning to take some activated charcoal and (?) more caffeine to avoid respitory depression(?)

I'd appreciate an input as this kind of urgent, hate saying that but I'm not at the point at needing emergency medical help....yet(?)
 
An immortal idiot Apperantly. Glad I got through that without getting my stomach pumped. Lesson learned, don't fucking mix downers lol
 
It was hard to remember cause of the pheno and valium, but I'm pretty sure it was the closest to nodding out without IV. the body high was crazy, felt like I was floating and spinning.
That's all I can really remember, definitely not going to make the mistake of taking that again.
IMO if it was just Oxy, Pheno, and codeine it would have been pristine.
 
Well, a little better planned out, I think that might be an enjoyable combo. I personally don't want to od, so I'd tweak the combo a bit.
 
Were you trying to stop physical pain? I'm wondering because of Naproxen and Caffeine.

I'm just glad it didn't turn into even more of a nightmare than it already sounds like. Glad you're feeling better <3
 
I just looked. Pentalgin is: Propyphenazone, acetaminophen (paracetamol/APAP) Phenobarbital
Caffeine. It looks like there are different kinds. Maybe yours didn't have the Propyphenazone in it.

So you took a combo pill( sounds like it works well on its own, sorta like a Fioricet in a way).

Propyphenazone is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic(fever reducing).
Your mix may not of had it, but for others reading, it could be in there. Also Propyphenazone is said to cause heart issues. Look it up.

Okay, so you tool a combo pill that is three quarters otc pain killer (Propyphenazone, Acetaminophen and caffeine).

That pill right there on top of the codeine, caused your stomach ache.

Why did you need to add the naproxen?

Also, what's with the dosages. Depending on what your doing, close is okay, but you should have a better idea none the less, at least with the Pentalgin since they are pills. The Valium is a weird number.

I'm not trying to break balls, but in the name of harm reduction, I have to take a certain stance, you understand.

Honestly, now that I pieced together this puzzle a little bit, I get it.

I hope you at least took the Pentagin before, or had an idea how it worked.

I took near the same combo before, with the Fioricet ( acetaminophen, butalbital and caffeine).
Anyway, so what was with the naproxen?
 
The pill itself contained
Oxycodone
Paracetamol
Naproxen
Phenobarbital
Valium
Codeine
And caffeine.

Those were all in one pill not seperate, I found it extremely confusing why they were all in one pill but I'm pretty sure that I checked the ingredients at least 20 times.
Also, these were not normal pentalgin. Normal pentalgin is just
Paracetamol
Naproxen
Caffeine
Phenobarbital
Codeine.

The one I had was extra, EXTRA strength I guess.

And I took 4 of them because I assumed it was normal pentalgin and I only after it kicked in and I realised that something was off, only then did I actually check the ingredients.

The naproxen I assume is in there because it can be used with paracetamol unlike ibuprofen.

Not even think about it or some don't even know about it or some are to desprit to get high or are to high and they all loose count of there apap ingestion and
Don't even OD of the actual drug, they end up
Either damaging there body especially liver
To the point of even a transplant or death. And a slow one that's very painful. I suggest keep a calculator
Handy and check the dose. Max dose is 4grams of it
In 24 hours for a healthy adult. Not all at once.
Any more especially in a short time frame and
The bad will begin.
