oxycodone 20mg CR what to do?

I have alot of these and just taking them orally doesn't seem to do a whole for me. Is there a way to turn them into instant release or make them more potent without wasting any? They are the new style with OP printed on them so from what I hear they aren't crushable. Any help would be appreciated.

^ Oxycodone has a really high oral bioabailability, so oral is a good ROA - nasal is a little lower (see bioavailability megathread) and insufflating pills isn't a great idea due to all the filler/binders (plus as you said they aren't crushable).

As for breaking the time release - there is a megathread on this in Other Drugs (here) which should be of some help
