Ok i have gotten my script for my pain meds and usually i feel pretty good but ive noticed they have given me roxycodone instead of oxycodone what is the difference and with these i feel so sleepy instead of energy. Y is that

Nothing. Roxycodone is instant release oxycodone. The only difference would be if you normally take time release oxycodone.

i could usually take 2-3 of the oxys and jump off the wall i took 2 of these and forget about it im lazy as hell im on the 30 mg

What oxycodone dosage were you on before?

As has been said, "Roxicodone" is just a brand name for instant-release oxycodone. Roxicodone is oxycodone. Were you on instant-release oxycodone or extended release oxycodone (OxyContin) before?

roxy is oxy, but the difference could be that one is instant release and one is controlled release, but both have oxycodone in it.

lol i remember i used to think that OC's were a diffrent chemical than percs. if its oxycodone its all the same the only time released ones now are the op's which suck balls so basically ur roxies are just like ur percs theres just no apap in them, which is a very good thing. its probbly just cuz ur dosage went up or its a mental thing. roxies make me bounce off the wall.

my pharmacy always has the V's or M's, 120 30mg oxycodone, 90 10mg valium, 90 350mg soma. im usually fine just on the oxycodone but when i mix them i get realy fucked up and end up falling asleep.

This has been answered now and we're going a bit off track :)
