Opioids oxy vs hydromorphone please help

ok i am new to bluelight and have a few ???? so first swim would lke to know if he would normaly snort about 30mg oxycodone to achieve his desired goal about 5 times a day how much dilaudid wold he need to compare now swims problem is he ran out of oxys and has no money to acuire more but he does have a few dilaudid and was wondering how much dilaudid swim would have to snort to receive similar effects that swim gets from the oxys i know people say the best way is iv but swim shits him self when swim thinks about doing this so how much dilaudid does swim need to sniff? thank you

56.25mg of Hydromorphone is equivalent to 150mg of Oxycodone if both are taken orally.
Hydromorphone has a nasal BA of around 50% versus 30% orally so do the math and you're good to go.

I'd compare approximately 10 mg hydromorphone to 30 mg oxycodone, both being snorted.

This chart should be a good rough guide, but always remember to start small and see how you feel. Remember cross tolerance between these types of drugs is not complete.

Also SWIM is not used on bL as it serves no real purpose and just makes posts confusing.
