Opioids Oxy vs Dilaudid

I personally find about 8mg dilaudid (hydromorphone) when snorted to be equivalent to 40mg oxy snorted. From this conversion chart:

Hydromorphone from what I remember has a intranasal bioavailability of 50% while IV is basically 100% so...
8mg hydromophone IV = 106mg oxy (oral)
so when snorted 8mg hydromorphone = 53 oxycodone roughly (oral)
Dilaudid sucks when taken orally I'd advice snorting it or plugging it. I find snorting works great but plugging is even better you get a lot more of a "rush" and the high is more enjoyable

The BA for plugging Dilauded is roughly the same as oral. They are right around 30%, while around 50% insufflated. If you wanna insufflate it you'll get more bang for your buck (I'm biased though because I only inssufalte since I switched over from opana). If you don't then just do the conversion from the chart. I prefer the Dilaudid over oxy any day, and I prefer everything about it moreso than the other.
