Swim had not been abusing any opiates for about 2 months until the other day. Swim took around 40mgs of perc 5-325s and in the middle of class and noticed major respiratory problems and had to be wheelchair ed out the class by a nurse. Swim has abused much higher doses before without any such problem however swim realizes that his tolerance has been lowered. Is it possible to od on oxy doses as low as 40mgs for some individuals? And Could the acetaminophen have played a role in Swims respiratory problem or could these have been two irrelevant topics?

With no tolerance i think it would be a toss up with 40 mg..i know ppl that for thier first time took a whole 80mg and were fine...everyones different so i dont think its a deadly dose but def enough to affect breathing if u had no physical tolerance..the tylenol will mess up ur stomach i dont think it will mess with breathing..just dont push it..with no tolerance u do not need 40mg stick with 10-20 mg just to make sure u are safe and dont raise tolerance to fast

It seems you have s low tolerance......40mgs of oxy is like 60mgs if vicodin.
Someone like me that's sensitive to opiates would have overdosed on 40mgs of oxy my first time, in fact I was bidding off my first couple of times off of 5mgs of old school oxycontin.......while my friend & his brother popped the old school 80mg OC's, they each swallowed one, & were really high but didn't nod or overdose. So they cut another one in half & popped another 40mgs each & were fairly high but OK.......I know for a fact I would have died off what they ingested.
Remember, just because others are OK with 40mgs their first time, doesn't mean you will be.......you should by alright with 10-20mgs your first month or two, & that's using several times a week.
The puking means you took top much.......& the severe breathing problems having you wheel chaired out would have scared the shit out of me.
