Opioids oxy OD?

my both mates sniffed two and half 30mg oxycontins each tonight, both been sick within half hour and nodding really bad,they feel like going to sleep but forcing themselves awake.
Is this start of an OD? whats the best to do? will they snap out of it soon
bit worried, any advice asap

I used to have a good tolerance to 30's and went without any for months. I took one and was so sick, so you're not overdosing. Just overdid it and have to ride it out. I know it's hard to sleep feeling like you need to be sick. Eat some crackers maybe drink a bit of soda. Try to enjoy a bit of tv movies and get some fun out of it if you can.

Oh dear that's a big amount to start with sorry for that assumption. Well he will likely be quite sick for a while. Just try to make your friend comfortable and give him sips of water if needed. Shouldn't have began so high, I know too late for admonishment. Just be more careful next time.



Edit: Are you still here? If it's his very first time, he might be in trouble. If still feeling poorly may need hospital, don't hesitate to take him there. I can't gauge how badly this potentially serious condition this could be.

You are a moron if you take 75 mg of oxycodone the first time you tried it.... I am sorry I must write this. Whey be nice about it? Go play Russian Roulette if that is how you want to get a rush. At least if you live, you won't be sick, vomiting and scared you are going to fall out and die for hours after.

Are you a friend who knows anything about oxy and letting your friend rip 2-1/2 30mg roxis in one sitting, with no tolerance? Unacceptable, on both your parts. He listens to you without making sure he isn't going to kill himself and you don't have a damn idea that a person shouldn't do that much their first time.

Also genius, you try to say its 2 friends, then write will "we snap out of this", nice cover. The DEA will be at your door in 24 hours, tops.
