if i've been taking 8 to 16mg of bupe for like 2 weeks 30 hours after my last dose of bupe how much oxycodone would make me feel better? i took 40mg in the form of percocet but please i know the dangers of tylenol i just want to know how much "about" i should take i took 70 norcos and lived w/o even going to the ER

For a start, I advise against eating so much APAP, do a CWE. It's not about whether or not you end up going to the ER, it's about you doing permanent damage to your liver that's shaving years off your life expectancy.

Bupe is a bit of a strange one because it doesn't really have a direct conversion with other opiates, so i'd start fairly low, about 20mg. When you say you took 40mg, do you mean that's the dose you were taking before you started bupe?

well i do feel a slight buzz now on 50mg and just under 4 grams of tylenol and i am aware that 1mg bupe is about 32 oxy but this buzz says that equal doses are not quite equal

As buprenorphine is only a partial opioid agonist conversions aren't straightforward as they are for full agonists. I appreciate you are aware of the dangers of APAP but you really shouldn't ingest more than 2g in one go, especially if it something you do often..

The recommended maximum daily dose of tylenol is 3500 mg / day. I wouldn't take more than 2000 mg at one time, redose at 1 hr intervals not more than 3500 mg total

Does someone get full after eating 70 pills? That's rather impressive that you didn't get extremely ill...that's a lethal dose of APAP

And you're right about the conversions. I sometimes just shrug my shoulders and go with it (assuming experience with the drug class). Unless they do an extensive opiate dosing regime on me (which I would totally volunteer for) and make a personalized conversion chart, I'm gonna stick with ballpark figures for opiates
