Oxy dose for codeine tolerant person?

I quite regually take 400mg of codeine cwe.
Ive had oxycontin a few times & endone a few time.
I chewed up 4 oxycontin tablets a few weeks ago & it was an OD i threw up a few times.
the next day I chewed up 1 tablets & felt half the place I wanted to be
Ive also tried morphine but it was at the hospital & the other time was only a 10mg tab so not enough. DHC was no good becfause I couldnt drink enough out of the cough medicine without injesting to much soribital. Had fentanyl but only in hospital. PST too but that didnt do shit. & had a few Vicodons brough from america which didnt do shit.

basically when I drink 400mg of codeine im about 1/3 of where I wanna be

now Im getting these 5mg instant release oxycodones tonight (Endones they're called in Australia)
Ive also had 90mg of temazepam tonight but I barely feel a thing from it

So how much u think I should take. I'm thinking 45mg
& is it better to snort them or is the bioavailablity actually lower. the info is misleading when I do a search.

well thanks guys i's to late now. I took 7 pills (35mg) what's the bet it'll be weaker than the first time i did codeine after having a break from it for a yr. i swear codeine actually gives ya a tolerance to opiates 20mg of oxy probably equals 400mg of codeine.
codeine is underestimated. its because ppl dont do cwe right. u gotta get every last drop of water u put in out of it so u get all the 400mg.
