Oxy + Dilaudid = Good or bad?

I have a high tolerence, and I took 80mg of oxy at 12:30 today and I am getting a bunch of 8mg dilaudid in an hour. I have 60mg of oxy left and I am not sure how dilaudid + oxy works.


Also does anyone know how much 1mg of oxycontin= Xmg of dilaudid

Oxycodone is about twice as potent as morphine IM, and hydromorphone(Dilaudd) is about 5 times more poten than morphine IM.. so 5mg oxycodone = 2 mg hydromorhphone dose wise,not high or buzz wise..Dilaudid is only good when injected IV,I used to mix 8-16 mg of Dilaudid with 40-80mg of oxycodone in one injection and it was close to heroin ,in other words it is a good high....try injecting 30mg of oxy and 8-16 mg of dilaudid and do it in one injection.or more if tolerance is really high,,since you only have 60mh of oxy left you can do more dilaudid in the shot and only do 1/2 the oxy in one shot...

hydromorphone oral is not worth a shit for a high...lol..and oxy 1mg is not = to 1.5 hydromorphone in all the opium conversion charts I have seen,as oxycodone has a higher bioavalibility orally and hydromorphone is like amorphine oral Bio.. Hydromorphone is 1mg = 2.5 mg of oxycodone on wikipedia opiate conversion charts and in my PDR also..oral is not listed ,theycompare all opiates tomorphine which is set as the standard for other opiates to be judged potency wise,and they use IM doses becasue of morphines low oral bioavalibilty..oral doses i dunno,but i trust the PDR on Im dose comparisons.

I should have mentioned I do not IV or shoot stuff into me. The only way I would take it is snorting or crushing and swallowing/parachute!

I have no fucking idea what the bioavailibilty aspect of this question looks like, im just offering my purely %100 subjective opinion based on the feeling of the rush and high of IVing oxy and dilaudid exclusively for going on 4 years.

I always thought that 4mg of dilaudid felt like about 30mg of oxy, hence 8mg felt like about 60mg. this is pirely subjective ans just based on my feeling a few seconds after injecting, so dont base your life on it.
