Opioids Oxy-Codeine conversion charts

Most conversion charts put 10mg as Oxy anywhere in between 50-100mgs of codeine.
What is most people's experience with this? I find 40mg Oxy would knock me on my ass more than 500mg of codeine. Any comparisons and insight here?
 
^ Most charts are for equianalgesia (pain relief) and generally people find that oxycodone is more euphoric in equianalgesic doses. Many find that codeine has severe limitations on its recreational use as well due to strong side effective such a pruritus (itchiness) at higher doses.
