Oxy and Xanax in the same bag?

This is a silly question probably but I'm a really careful person. If oxycodone and xanax were in the same bag together would it still be OK to take them separately? I know taking them together is very dangerous and I wouldn't do that but could the fact that these two drugs touched each other have any harmful effects. I know it seems silly and trivial but like I said I'm just very careful, I enjoy an experience on a substance but I would never risk putting myself in harms way for one, not worth it.

If you are going to take different meds then keep each different type in its own container.
Just a bit of "pharmacy" basics.

Hi abl23 and welcome to Bluelight.

No there isn't any risk of "contamination" of one drug by another, as long as the pills are intact.

Just because they're touching each other isn't enough of a cause to do that.

But you could be mixing them inavertently together and take one pill for another, that's why, as shreddedlettuce said, keep them separated.

Thanks for the welcome debaser, i'm really enjoying hanging out here and it's nice to get all my questions answered. The pills were all almost 100% intact, a few of the oxys were chipped but that's it. I immediately separated them to avoid inadvertantly taking one instead of the other.
