Oxy and dxm

About 8 hours ago I took 500mg dxm and just now thoughtlessly ingested an oxy 40 what should be expected? I'm a little worried
 
All is well. Didn't seem to notice or feel any potentiation or synergy. Was almost certain that it would end badly.
