Opioids oxy 10/650

My boyfriend took 4 of these today. One around 2pm, along with a hydro 5/500. 3 around 7pm. With my calculations, thats 3100mg of APAP. He didn't do a CWE. He took 3 10/650 oxy with APAP yesterday night around 8pm, too. So, I'm a little worried. Did he take enough to harm his liver? He's about my size, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 156 lbs. Pretty high opiate tolerance, but I'm more worried about the APAP. I myself have a script to take 4 of 10/650 oxy per day as needed since I recently had surgery, but he's not taking them for pain and thats a lot of APAP.
 
Nothing to worry. Its not a good idea to take more then 2,000mg at a time and not more then 4,000mg in 24 hours. But taking a big dose that a couple time's is not enough to harm the liver.
