Overdosing before school

Okay so I take 60 mg of vyvanse and I weigh about 100 pounds, I'm 15, and I have been taking vyvanse for about 3 years. Tomorrow before school I'm planning on taking 180 Mg (3x my normal dosage) and the limit for the drug is 70 mg.. What do you think will happen? What will I most likely feel like? Will anyone notice? I'm planning on doing this before school... SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY....

180mg is way to much, everyone will know you're high, i would say 120 is as high as you should go
