Opioids overdose??

ok so today was the first time in a while i took any opiates i snorted a total of 40mg oxymorphone and my last dose was like 3-4 hours ago im feelin pretty sober but im feeling really light and my focus is going in and out and im tired and my pulse feels non existent and like my blood pressure is probably extremely low and a little cold, but i feel fine, this sound bad or am i just tweakin? i get panic attacks and paranoia easy

Maybe you should take some time off the opiates, then when you feel better, I would try to lower your dosage for next time.

listen sweetie i know exactly what your going through and in my honest opinion(i am not a dr) i just think ur blood pressure dropped, all u really should do is lay down for a while and maybe try eating something. your heart rate is slow, due to respiratory depression caused by the oxymorphone. But like captian herion said lay off the opiates in high doses. maybe you really dont need that much. Good Luck and i hope your ok - Nicoale
