Hey I have taken 35 30mg dihydracodeine in the last
36 hours and 30 2mg tablets of diazepam. I'm feeling
normal this morning but I've been having stomach cramps
in just wondering if it could be an overdose or just to many
tablets in a short period. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

If it has tylenol I would suspect damage from that.

If not, my second guess would be constipation.

If it worsens, go to the ER.

That's a lot of tablets! Then again the dosages (if taken over the course of 36 hours) aren't that silly; I would take about 25-30 DHC 30mg's and 80-100mg diazepam ever day for months (I was fucking sick!)

As long as no paracetamol was involved you're fine; just expect a very dry, painful shit in the next day or so!

Oh and ease up on the pills perhaps. All that chalk is not good for you! Probably why the stomach cramps.

^^exactly

Stomach cramps are most likely coming from the constipation the DHC is producing, all the chalk and other shit (pun intended) in the sheer volume of pills you've consumed is probably just making the problem worse. Drink some water, and I mean...a lot of water, and some stool softener might make the impending trip to the toilet a little easier to deal with.

It depends what you mean by overdose... technically any dose beyond what is therapeutically necessary is an overdose. If you mean is it toxic and potentially lethal? ...probably not. You're typing coherently and unless there was another toxic ingredient such as APAP in the mix, I don't see any reason you'd be in danger.

As has been mentioned- you're probably constipated or nauseous from exceeding your tolerance to opioids.
