You'll be surprised whats available here in the UK, I'll get round to a few in a bit....

And I'll bet theres a good few goodies to be had over the counter wherever you live too. Lets hear yours.

Once you get past that pesky pharmacist who looks at you with suspicion if you ask for a pack of Nurofen Plus ffs!

Here we go, codeine linctus..

Not so easy to get hold of these days, but some of the smaller independent chemists still stock it.

200ml bottle, 15mg codeine per 5ml spoonful. AND NOTHING ELSE, no paracetamol/aspirin/ibuprophen etc.

Bottle costs about £3. For 600mg codeine..
