Hey guys,

pretty much been smoking weed on and off for 3 years and doing e and amphetamines socially for as long,
Ive only done amphetamines and e 3 times with this year and pretty much all of them have been shitty experiences, I completely over analyze, think everybody is looking and talking about me negatively and I know in my head its just the drugs but i cant seem to shake the bad buzz away, I want to do it for upcoming event but Im really wary i mite continue these negative thoughts.

Any tips or someone care to share a similar experience?

Some people are very prone to paranoia on amphetamines. They are not worth it if you are one of these people, which you clearly are. I am prescribed d-amphetamine, and I become slightly paranoid on so I'm not social, therefore I don't take it anymore unless I am along and have studying to do.

Don't take it for this upcoming event, it will likely turn out bad. The only thing you may be able to do is take a benzodiazepine with the amphetamine, but if you have to do that it's probably not worth it.

its just hard for me to distinguish where the paranoia comes from;

1st bad experience= had x and amphetamines, was fine all day best high then smoked a bit of weed and went completely paranoid and insecure.
2nd bad experience= same as first
3rd= had amphetamines and x was fine for 2 hours then went paranoid and insecure again at the actual event. (no weed)

I wouldnt blame it on personality issue because im not really like that sober. hrmmm

^ Well drugs alter your brain chemistry, so you don't have to be a paranoid person in order for drugs to make you feel paranoid.

The first two times the weed may have had something to do with it, and the last time you may have been anxious going into the high since you may have been expecting a bad outcome similar to the previous two times.

idk but I took a klonopin once while I was rolling. Surprisingly it didn't kill the roll either. Benzos of all kinds, xanax/valium/klonopin do wonders on amphetamines.

I used to take xanax and adderall and get all kinds of girls numbers. Normally I can't talk to girls.... Just sayin...

One way you can stop the cycle is refocus on something else. I do that and have a I don't care attitude. I try not to worry about what other people think. I focus on something nice. Something simple. Engage in a different conversation with someone else about something you know a lot about. Redirect your thought process to something positive :) I hope this helps.

It's all about the setting really, as it is with many drugs. Weed as well is gonna make any paranoia worse, some people get it worse than others, like I personally can't smoke unless I have benzos. Dunno what you're really asking here, but benzos (stuff like valium, xanax, klonopin) are great for reducing anxiety and paranoia if you can get ahold of em.

^ just be careful - if you smoke weed a lot and start popping benzos everytime you'll end up with a benzo habit. HR and all that :D
