Yesterday I consumed around a .075g dose of methamphetamine vaporizing. Everything was running smooth and fine until I had to go to work. My resting heart rate was around 108-113, I did not worry too much. That was until I was forced to race somebody in a swimming pool.
After the race my heart felt like it would not slow down. My chest felt so tight, I had difficulty breathing. I could not stop shaking. Overall I had a feeling of weakness to my body. Nothing would slow my heart down. It continued to beat out of my chest at about 150BPM for 30 minutes and would not calm down. My blood pressure was also sky-high. My temperature soon dropped down near hypothermia where I shook uncontrollably and was unable to get warm without a pile of blankets.
I wanted to go to a hospital bluelight, but I did not feel like I was in any extreme, debilitating pain. Not to mention I've been to a hospital for over-amping and had an x-ray and an EKG run proving I have no issues. On top of that the factors of me being in the hospital detract me as the staff usually treats me poorly. I did not want to reveal what had caused this scenario.
I grabbed an aspirin and took 2mg of klonazepam. Immediately I felt the symptoms begin to subside. The tatchycardia was still there, but it was now down to a much safer 120-125BPM. Blood pressure dropped dramatically. My chest pain went away quite quickly and I was able to fall asleep.
Today my blood pressure is normal, however my heart rate is still a high resting 100bpm.
