Oval shape white side reads RUGBY blue side reads 3987 doesent seem to exist? Help?

As I said reads RUGBY on white side and 3987 on blue side is oval shaped and rather small. It honestly doesn't seem to exist at all and I will be shocked if anyone here knows what this is. Its not even in the poison control center databases... The markings I wrote are 100% correct before you ask and it is 100% real! I have a feeling it may be discontinued? Even so someone somewhere should know what this is! Its really getting to me that their is no knowledge anywhere on this! Please help?
