Out of suboxone untill tuesday.

Ok im prescribed suboxone and i dropped off a script for 32 of the 8mg tablets to this mom and pop pharmacy on 8-23. Now i only did a partial fill for 16. Which is a 10 day supply. On 12mg a day. So today being the first is when i took my last dose. I called the pharmacy and they are not opened untill Tuesday after labor day. So basically i am screwed for tomorrow and the next day. I felt pretty unhappy as if i was just told. "oh well you can't pick up the remaining 16 until Tuesday. Sorry.

Well i took 4mg today as it was all that was remaining thinking i could just fill it today and be okay. Now i feel as though i am in a dilemma untill tuesday. I do not feel like withdrawing untill tuesday. I'm well aware of the long half life of bupe. But hell this is a pretty massive dose to just drop off from in my opinion. My dog has 4 4mg k4 hydromorphones. and 8 vicoprofin 10mg's left over from his surgery. Do you thinking utilizing these would be smart just untill Tuesday? Knowing the hydromorphones are very short acting and have a very short half life... it isn't a problem reinducting back onto the subs right back after a day of minimal use. But my question is.... Is a couple 4mg K 4's enough to hold withdraw symptoms off after dropping off 12mg of bupe? Just for two days though.

I do apologize if my post is kinda scattered and all over the place. But i'm writing this quick as i'm doing 2 things at once.

You should be fine. Go early Tuesday to pick your sub up. The half life is so long you probably wont even notice any difference tomorrow, unless you obsess about it. 12 mg/day is a large dose of sub. If you cant go 36 hours between doses that high, I don't know what to tell you. If you use any short acting opiates tomorrow, you likely wont feel them, and I don't know anything about human consumption of veterinary meds.

Your right. I barely felt anything negative today. I'm hoping i don't go to sleep tommorow and wake up at 5 am soaked in sweat. Then proceed to stand up. yawn and sneeze at the same time. After yawning tears stream down my face like i chopped onions. Then go to the bathroom and shit+piss outta my ass. While leaning over into my bathtub and puking. This is my worst nightmare as time stands still and i get the worst lethargy/anxiety ever. And if these symptoms show up i was just asking if 48 hours after my last does would you recomend maybe using two K4 hydromorphones just to keep myself at bay. Would this sufficently put me out of withdraw untill the next day or would you use more/less. Or nothing at all. They are not my pet's meds. They are my leftover meds that i just had incase of a shitty day.
I am starting sweat alot more then usual and can feel my legs starting to get a little ancy. I HOPE it does not escalate past this.

I am surprised you had those problems. I was speaking from my own personal experience after being on subutex for 2 years. Everyone is different, body chemistry, metabolism etc.
To the point, since you are having such a hard time, i would try the hydromorphone and see if that helps. If you have access to any benzos, a reasonable dose of that can help, a smaller dose if you use the K4. I would start with just one 4mg - are you taking them orally?
Try to take solace in the fact that this is temporary.

After re-reading your initial post, I would advise using the hydrocodone you have. Hydromorphone doesn't last very long.

Today is a little over 48 hours since my last dose of only 4mg suboxone. I am prescribed 12mg but i feel short and only took 4mg two days ago. The withdraw certainly is mild but it's certainly there. I woke up a few hours ago kinda sweaty from the sleep i got. And i felt 0 energy and kinda sick to my stomach. i insufflated 4mg of hydromorphone and of course i barely felt anything recrational from this. (If i was trying to abuse these i would have IV'ed them. But i'm sticking with the 48% bioavaliability and just trying to keep these symptoms at bay as i have less then 24 hours untill i refill my script.

This has been a good learning experience and i am now going to lower my dose of bupe tommorow to 4mg a day from 12. Since i had 2 in a half days free from it i figure this has brought down the overall plasma level that my body has been maintaining drastically. Anyways who wants to be dependent on Bupe anyways? It offers nothing to me to take it everyday. And seriously 4mg to me is the ceiling effect of this stuff. Thankfully i'm learning this now as i don't want to take such a high dose of this stuff.

Hydromorphone is a strong enough substance to battle Bupe withdraws? Or is bupe just a unpreventable wall? Doing a rough estimate of only taking 4mg of bupe on Saturday morning i figure after 48 hours it is normal for these nasty little symptoms to start rearing their ugly heads.
