Out of Body Experience on Heroin.

This is a question I'm gonna just throw out there for the simple reason that someone here will know from their own experience.
Never before had I done (tar)heroin, but an associate of mine came into a good amount and asked me if I'd like to smoke some. So being a curious cat I said allright.
Now when I smoked it, it tasted like a pickle and made me throw up after the first hit.Not instantly but within the 1st 5 min.
After brushing my teeth, I took another hit and held it in til' I had to breath again.Upon exhale my eyes lowered and I felt really, really stoned.
So I decided 1 more hit and thats it.
After that last hit, my buddy left and I being beyond stoned now, nodded out.
During this nod I felt totally a peace with everything in the world and felt as if I were floating, looking around the room.Total out of body experience.
I tried it again a week or so later and no Out of body feeling whatsoever.Since then I've tried it about 3 more times and no Floating.
Is this the Trap of heroin?
Does one ever get this out of body experience feeling again?

I was on the gear(Heroin) for 4 years. There is a simple philosphy in Life. Don't abuse anything. Esspecially drugs. Like all drugs esspecially Heroin you become very tolerant to it quickly. What I mean is you need more then what you had before to feel the effects of the previous time. Heroin and Ecstasy both cause Empathy(Love). Though what I have found is with Ecstasy it's a love for your surroudings and other people around you. With Heroin Empathy is there, though it's a Inner love that is for your self. You begin to fall in love with Heroin, to the point when all it does is keep the love burning inside your self and doesn't provide the original effects you once had. Thats why we call it 'The Selfish Drug' or 'Devils Drug'. Because when your on it nothing matters but your self and the inner love you have for your self. So to respond your question, you will need to consume more then the previous time to give you your previous experience. eg. You burned a fifty dollar rock one day. After a couple of times burning a fifty dollar rock, you won't feel the same effects as you previously experienced. So then it goes on to 100 dollar rocks and so on. This applies to injecting aswell, you will always need more the next time, till the point where all it does is stop the pain burning inside you. Take it from me, IT IS THE DEVILS DRUG. Stay away from this drug. It will eat your heart away and the love you have for those around you.

When i take GBL (<similar to GHB) i can easily achieve an OBE with no effort. I put this down to the weakness of my body i.e. a complete physical and mental relaxed state with a low heart rate. I don't know how common this is, but you may find that you can achieve OBEs much easier than most people. ...You might want to read up about it. I dunno about you, but my OBEs on GHB are quite f***ed up anyway... I'd much rather have an OBE when I'm sober sober.

There are other ways to get off,but the fact remains injection puts the rest to shame
