I consider myself a new member so ill just leave this here. I consider myself someone who doesnt do much drugs. And im a very conscious person of everything i do. Its just how ive always been. Everything bad i put into my body i feel like my body cant handle it and my anxiety kicks in. Making me have bad thoughts. I come on here going through the forums and i see people who have done or have serious drug issues and i read that physically they are ok and its just a mental health issue. I did coke yesterday and feel like somethings wrong with my body. My anxiety is bad right now. Im worried something is wrong. Are our bodies stronger than we think to handle certain things? Are we not giving it the benefit of the doubt?

I will tell you from experience our bodies are incredibly strong, if you set your will to do something and stick through it your body can accomplish incredible things. Our main limit is our own mind. I watched a very good old friend of mine get shot twice in the chest with a .45. I've seen people with gunshot scars before, but always smaller calibers. By all accounts he should be dead but he's still walking around. If you condition your mind correctly you can do almost anything. It is both your greatest weapon and biggest setback

Hi,I think it's mostly anxiety. I guess you have to first ask yourself, do you enjoy doing drugs? If not your anxiety is easily explained. If however you feel like you'd like to enjoy the occasional dabble without stressing too much, I'd say use your 'awareness of what you put into your body" to your benefit. Make sure you eat well, hydrate before during and after...convincing your brain that your body is well fortified and that no matter what you take save for hallucinogenics, it will be out of your system in a few hours.

I'd also recommend you do some research. Know exactly what you are taking (not suggesting you don't already but do even more ) and what it can counter act with. if you know exactly what to expect you'll feel much more at ease.

Hope this helps even just a little.
