From what I've heard, khat is very similar to amphetamines.

yes and no..the chemical in it, cathinone..aka Ketoamphetamine, is very similar just a bit weaker per mg. But trying to get a dose that resembles the amount of crystal you can smoke/snort with ease, or on par with swallowing 6 dexerdrine 15mg caps by chewing on a plant leaf, is not feasible.
You could consider cocaine as being grown and then just extracted...
if you don't care about it being grown, you can go for methlyphenidate or MDPV and related analogs.
in my experience, any worthwhile stims are either made in a lab, or extracted from the coca leaf.
if your willing to go with a different class of substance, opium poppies grow very easy, and you can get a worthwhile amount of opium from them to catch a decent buzz.

Other Drugs is a technical harm reduction forum and isn't here to recommend drugs for you to take to feel social. Feel free to browse the site, read up on things that interest you, and then ask any questions you have about specific drugs that you can't find the answer to.
