Are there actually any plants worth research, that contain more then just a very very small trace almost non-existent amount of cannabinoids? Apart from cannabis of course.
This subject interests me a lot especially other plants that have maybe a decent amount of CBD etc etc.
It was news to me that there were other plants containing cannabinoids up until a few weeks ago, seems like everyone else already knew :(

I've tried Safflower, Rice Bran and hempseed oil pure extracts that claimed to be natural cannabinoids/NAPE isolates. Placebo is all I could notice at best.

Paracetamol works mainly as a peripheral cannabinoid as its active breakdown product is an cannanoid agonist.

Also IIRC theres a New Zealand native lichen that has been noted to contain natural cannabinoids and is eaten by the native goats. How much truth there is in I haven't a clue.

The main problem is that most of them have limited BBB penetration, leaving them lacking in psycoactive effects (ananamide etc)

Did you notice my pm by the way? Hope you getting off synths OK, Ive been prescribed propopanol which massively helps with the anxiety/shakes and I can now eat properly again now after 3 days without any.

Yes dude, forgot if I replied to you or not sorry. Will write back just now, thanks for the reply dude. I thought that this was probably the case, just thought it would be interesting if anything else existed.

I heard some crazy talk from this guy that there was something in research to allow other plants to produce THC. Which would be the shit indeed, seeing as your whole garden (carrots, tomatoes, cabbage and all) could look legit and get you stoned at the same time. But like I said, this was some crazy talk, with real sketchy details. needless to say I would go buy a ton of GMO seeds if it were true.

That actually sounds pretty possible, im no scientist or even a very smart man but, people have been injecting mushrooms growbags with tryptamines etc so something like this would work as well. Or maybe none of it would work and im missing something obvious :D

The fact that cannabis is the only plant to produce delta-9-THC as a defence against UV light. The reason it works for the tryptamines is that the mushrooms just change the functional group (I think)
