Other Drugs is Looking for a New Moderator

No, JC is not stepping down, but we are looking to add a new member to the Other Drugs team.

If you are interested, send a pm to either sonic, GenericMind, johanneschimpo, or myself and tell us why you think youd be a good mod. Be sure to mention any specific knowledge, education, experience, interests, or whatever else you think may be important.

Were looking for someone who will be able to contribute a good amount of time to OD. This forum has the second highest traffic on BL, so it can be a very time consuming job.

There is no deadline at the moment. We will be taking applications until we find the right person.

I've already been cloned, so thats taken care of. We're rearing him (me) from a young age to be a great mod, perhaps even greater than me. Of course, it will be several years before he's able to get to work, so we're looking for someone else in the meantime.

It is sad to have to let hfrs go. Last we knew she was recovering from an illness and said that she'd be back soon. This was several months ago. I hope she's ok. I'm guessing she is, she probably just doesn't have time for BL anymore.

Yeah, we've had to let go of some good mods.. but this is one forum where the quantity of posts matters along with the quality. Not that I've been posting a lot lately, but I don't go for months on end without posting, that's a bit much. I wish both hfrs and soundpharm would come back and continue to help people without the mod title, but I doubt that will happen.
