Other dope doesn't work

I've been getting heroin from one guy exclusively, recently he has been unavailable every once in a while. When I get dope from other dealers I don't seem to feel it at all. I know this sounds strange, but it's 100% true. I was curious what could cause this. I don't think its a tolerance issue but have no clue what else it could be

what is sold as heroin can be wildly different purities. chances are the new stuff you are buying has been cut down with whatever the dealer has on hand. (could be anything from lactose to crushed tylenol pm).

I would vote way against him selling bupe as dope (meaning buprenorphine) as that would not fix anyone's desire for full agonists, such as dope and oxy, and would put them straight into withdrawal. Selling bupe to people in withdrawal is fine but trying to pass it as a full agonist to people that arent in withdrawal is not going to work. If you need further reading on how partial agonists such as suboxone effect full agonist receptor activity look up precipitated withdrawal.

My guess is the other dudes have crappy dope and you are use to something stronger, or maybe you dont even get dope who really knows. There are far too many variables between the two batches to single a specific reason as to why you dont feel it as you should. This is why i always stuck to a favorite dealer, at least you know what to expect... most of the time.

do the different dopes look the same?

ive gotten fucked up off all kinds of dope of different shades, colors, some is chunky some is powdery.... best way to, IMO, to tell how good it is, is to taste it, and when you mix it up... if your gettin #4 it should mix up clear, no shit left on the bottom, no need to heat it up...

Street heroin from someone you don´t know could be dangerous. In the best scenario it doesn´t not make you feel anything.
